For more than 10 years, Mr. Jubilee worked as a Program Manager, Senior Program Coordinator and Chief Administrative Officer and Acting Director at the International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) currently Headquartered in Astana, Kazakhstan. He managed projects, conferences/ workshops, and trainings for all U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) under the Biotechnology Engagement Program (BTEP) and for the US Geological Survey (USGS).
Mr. Jubilee possesses a Masters of Art (MA) degree in Business Management.
